Fabric Dyeing
Industrial fabric dyeing with precise TCX Pantone matching and chemical formulations to achieve excellent colorfastness and consistency across production lots.
Garment Dyeing
Specialized piece-dyeing, vintage washes, and enzyme treatments applied directly to finished garments for unique textures and lived-in aesthetics.
Printing & Embellishment
Execution of advanced branding techniques, including high-density screen printing, puff prints, direct-to-garment (DTG), and technical embroidery.
Cutting & Sewing
Precision automated cutting paired with highly skilled assembly lines to handle complex construction, heavy panel weights, and specialized stitching.
Finishing
Final processing including industrial pressing, heat setting, trimming, and retail-ready packaging (tagging, poly-bagging, and boxing).
On-Site Quality Control
Continuous on-ground monitoring throughout the entire cycle. We implement strict DUPRO (During Production) inspections and final AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) audits to guarantee no sub-standard goods leave the factory floor.
